Community Infrastructure Projects Log
Version 7 – December 2025
On this page you can find information about community infrastructure projects being led or supported by Alfold Parish Council. This list, initially drawn up in January 2024, includes some projects that originated in the Alfold Neighbourhood Plan (ANP) as well as others being promoted by the Parish Council or community organisations. The list is being managed as a ‘live’ document, and updated regularly. Funding sources for projects are provisionally identified from (a) Neighbourhood CIL (b) County Council and (c) other sources. Go-ahead for each project depends on agreement by the Parish Council to a detailed costed project proposal by the Project Champion, and confirmation of allocated funding. A ‘Project Champion’, who may be one of the current Parish Councillors, or an external body, has been assigned to each project and they will be reporting back regularly at full Parish Council Meetings. If you have any questions about a project, you are encouraged to attend a Parish Council Meeting, or to contact the Parish Clerk.
