Alfold Parish Council had recently been contacted by Thakeham Homes with a proposed s38 Commons Act 2006 application to remove some common land from CL187 at Lakers Green to allow for an access to the proposed 400 houses on Springbok.
Alfold Parish Council have objected to the principle of the common land removal for a number of reasons which are contained in the linked letter beneath. At the minute, Thakeham are collating responses to send to the Secretary of State as part of their application, and we will respond to the formal consultation in due course.
