Dear all,
As many of you are aware, Thakeham have further plans to build on Springbok (an additional 350 houses on top of the 99 they had granted at Appeal in March 2022) and are conducting a public consultation on the plans on 23rd and 24th April 2024 from 3pm – 7pm each day.
The Parish Council is encouraging all of you to attend to view the plans alongside the councillors on both days. This is a huge development and will irreparably change the character and feel of Alfold as a traditional Wealden village if it goes ahead.
Thanks,
Julie
